hello, i'm kinda new in EVE, so i have one question
if i start making a skill, then patch come up, the down time will count to my skill time training ?

and well, i know its not this topic but well, can somoene tell me if i can change my avatar look ?
and eh, i didnt know it will take more time :P but i learn fast :P next time i wont do same mistake

im sure they dont do that to make you wait more, so eh, just wait, my skill training ended 5 min ago, and well, i dont complain

well, they do what they do, but i would make a copy and test it somewhere else, then when its ok, just update the game that could take much more less time

hmm, my timezone is central europe GMT+1
so GMT is my time + one hour, so when i have 18:25, GMT should be 17:25 so i think 5 min left

forum clock is EVE time as well, its GMT-1

since when lol ? london is GMT time, central europe same as spain, germany, france is GMT+1, even fracne and spain using
look here
http://www.time.gov/images/worldzones.gif
and check your windows time for details about your own time

i think timezones dont change, and GMT = Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is a term originally referring to mean solar time at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, London.
so UK is always GMT+0 no matter if there is a winter or summer
sure you change time twice per yeat, but it dont change the timezone
